Pyro 2000 are very pleased to be invited to take part in The Firework Championships at Newby Hall, thanks to MLE.
Our company was formed in 1996 mainly from the Standard Fireworks Display Team. Our Designer Graham Wilkinson has been in the firework industry for nearly 50 years and is known all over the world as he has been competing in competitions and festivals for 30 years.
Since our formation we have staged displays throughout the UK including The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, we always have a busy November period and are very lucky to produce displays in the Caribbean for New Year's Eve although they quaintly call it 'Old Year's Night'.
We used to work with a 70 piece orchestra touring stately homes so are very much looking forward to the event at Newby Hall.

ILLUSION FIREWORKS
Illusion Fireworks Limited is a small family business based in Oxfordshire, armed with huge ideas and a roaring passion for providing breathtaking firework displays like no other, the company has gained momentum in a fairly short space of time. Since starting up at the end of 2014 by husband and wife team Karl and Vicky. Illusion Fireworks has in its first year of trading provided just short of one hundred stunning firework displays all over the UK for a whole host of events and clients including Chelsea's Eden Hazard, The British Army, MyConcierge and even a show launched from a ship at sea for a member of the Royal Family!Illusion's very first November firework season was a huge success in very challenging conditions, delivering a large volume of displays in a very short space of time including one of the largest November firework displays in the South East! No thanks to an enormous but unique and dedicated crew, each and every one of the team are a very special part of the Illusion Fireworks family!
DEFENDING CHAMPIONS - The team were honoured to have the opportunity to compete the Newby Hall Firework Champions event in 2015, it was the first time the company had been asked to compete in a firework competition, with an incredible result, winning first place at Firework Champions is one of the proudest moments in Illusion Fireworks history!
The crew are very excited to be asked to defend their title and compete at the Newby Hall event. Work is well under way to select music full of emotion and seek the rarest most unusual fireworks from around the world in order to design and choreograph a magical display that will hopefully stand shoulder to shoulder with the more experienced competition!

We are Spectrum Fireworks and Special Effects, a professional firework and SFX provider based in the North East of England with an appetite for all things pyrotechnics! MLE Pyrotechnics was founded in 1999 just before the millennium and has become one of the leading companies in the firework industry.
We specialise in providing unique high quality displays all over the world ranging from weddings to large scale outdoor events and import a wide range of premium quality fireworks for their own use and supply to other UK companies.
Clients include the UK’s largest free bonfire night event as well as other key names such as Sainsbury’s, Oxford University, Karcher, Morrisons, the RAF, MTV and Ford.
MLE have been firing displays internationally since 2005. In 2014 we were awarded 1st prize in the St Brevin firework competition. In 2018 we were invited to fire a 10 minute pyromusical display at the 2018 Liuyang firework contest.
Sister company, FireByWire Limited, manufactures digital computerised firing systems used for accurately setting sequences off at the press of a button. This technology is used worldwide by companies and is one of the most sophisticated systems available.
Our attitude is to constantly evolve and improve what we do. We work with the very best suppliers and factories around the world and combine this with a team of passionate crew members bringing a diverse skill set ranging from programmers through to engineers.
In 2013 we introduced the world famous Vaccalluzzo Italian fireworks to the UK, working with the factory we are exclusive importers/distributors for the UK marketplace. They also hold the same agreement with Pirotecnia Zaragozana from Spain.
